The Manager – Recycled Polyolefins Sales will drive market expansion, key account acquisition, and revenue growth across the South India region. Leveraging technical expertise in polyolefin resins, compounding properties, and ethical sourcing, the incumbent will engage injection moulders, blow moulders, compounders, converters, and enterprise buyers (including Automotive OEMs and Tier 1/2 suppliers) to transition their raw material supply to ethically sourced recycled polyolefins.

A.
Business
Development &
• Commercial Sales
- Identify, target, and acquire high-volume B2B accounts for recycled polyolefin resins (rPP, rHDPE, rLDPE) across South India.
- Pitch tailored polymer solutions to injection moulders, blow moulders, compounders, packaging converters, and industrial manufacturers.
- Expand strategic relationships within key sectors, including Automotive OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers, consumer durables, and industrial packaging.
- Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations to finalize pricing, volume contracts, and credit terms while maintaining healthy gross margins.
- Consistently deliver against monthly and annual sales volume and revenue targets.

Technical
Solutioning &
• Product Application
- Map customer technical requirements (Melt Flow Index, density, tensile strength, impact resistance, color consistency)
to PFC’s recycled polyolefin product portfolio.
- Provide preliminary technical support to prospective clients during trial runs and moulding tests.
- Work collaboratively with internal R&D;, Quality Assurance, and technical teams to address customer queries and refine material specifications.
C.
Market
Intelligence &
• Account Management
- Conduct ongoing market mapping in South India to track virgin vs. recycled resin pricing, competitor offerings, and regional polymer demand trends.
- Nurture long-term, relationship-driven partnerships with enterprise buyers aligned with PFC’s sustainability values.
- Oversee the full order-to-cash lifecycle, including tracking delivery schedules, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring timely collections of accounts receivable.
D. Compliance & • Governance
- Ensure all sales agreements and material disclosures align with relevant environmental policies, waste management rules, and industry quality benchmarks.
- Champion PFC’s ethical sourcing framework by aligning customer compliance needs with certified WFTO standards.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc, B.E., B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, etc.).
- Strongly Preferred: CIPET Graduate (Degree or Diploma in Plastic Technology, Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, or Mould Technology).
