Role & responsibilities

- Production planning based on capacity, customer requirements, material availability on daily/weekly/monthly.

- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans aligned with market trends and customer demand.

- Coordinate with sales and marketing departments to ensure production aligns with market trends and customer requirements.

- Optimize production schedules to maximize resources utilization and minimize lead times.

- Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to production schedules.

- Oversee the entire supply chain from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery.

- Inventory management and material requirement planning and scheduling.

- Coordinate BOM compilation, ECN & change management.

- Having valuable experience of inventory planning and control.

- Proficiency in using the SAP system.

- Production planning, capacity utilization cycle time, take time, productivity and OEE.
