Looking for a skilled Manager - MEP to join our team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing and executing projects, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and execute projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.

- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress against targets.

- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and provide corrective actions.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.





Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP management or related field.

- Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and techniques.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Office and other project management software.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
