Our client is a large, multinational organisation setting up and scaling its Global Capability Centre (GCC) operations in India. With a strong global presence, the organisation offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of Indian regulatory requirements and global governance standards.

- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a broad range of commercial agreements, including office fit-out contracts, procurement agreements, SaaS contracts, hire-purchase arrangements, financing agreements, and related-party transactions.

- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring legal, commercial, and operational risks are appropriately addressed.

- Develop, standardize, and maintain contract and purchase order templates to improve efficiency and consistency across business transactions.

- Provide ongoing legal and regulatory advice on Indian corporate, SEZ, employment, and other applicable laws.

- Support entity incorporation, establishment, and ongoing corporate compliance requirements.

- Assist in the implementation and localization of global policies, procedures,



and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with Indian legal requirements.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Administration, Procurement, Human Resources, and Finance teams, to provide timely legal guidance on day-to-day matters.

- Deliver practical contractual and legal support to business and project teams across Pune and Hyderabad operations.

- Track, prioritize, and manage a high volume of contracts and compliance matters, ensuring timely review, execution, and closure.

- Support business growth and operational objectives by providing commercially focused, solution-oriented legal advice.

The Successful Applicant An Ideal Candidate To Have

- 7-8 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.

- Prior experience supporting setup or expansion of operations in India or working for MNCs is highly desirable.

- Experience handling a mix of commercial, real estate, and employment law matters is essential.
