You will be accountable for
(Key Responsibilities)
- Overseeing the org wide SFDC administration and lead the L1 SFDC Support Desk
- Managing Salesforce user access, roles, profiles, opportunity related issues, customer onboarding in CRM, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Finance, Service Delivery, Service Assurance & IT teams to align business needs and finalize operational requirements
- Review current processes to identify opportunities for automation, improvement and strengthening any gap areas that lead to inefficiencies in Sales cycle, revenue loss or audit/compliance issues
- Coordinating & Interfacing between Business Teams, Program managers & IT Development team to ensure seamless transition of business requirements into workable system solutions as per the priority laid down by the Program management team
- Lead and participate in estimations definition and/or refinement for projects, features, epics and stories.
- Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.
You have (Qualification and exp)
Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities:
- Overall, 6-8 Years’ experience
- Min. 4-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Excel
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
- Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support
- Hands on experience in managing SFDC based projects right from business requirement formulation into technical solutions, delivering through system implementation
- Ability to work with large data sets and extrapolate conclusions
- Excellent organizational skills, Comfortable in Steering Action Plans
- Strong analytical and time management skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision or guidance
- Positive knowledge of Telecom Product portfolios, Data Sets, and processes
- Hands on experience on BI Tools e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Birst, Pentaho, SAP BO etc. will be an added advantage
Education Qualifications & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
