About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with solid Healthcare/ HealthTech experience to support delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of digital healthcare platforms.

The candidate should have robust exposure to both Indian and international healthcare ecosystems and be capable of working closely with business stakeholders, healthcare operations teams, technology teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery and maintenance of digital healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis &

- Demand Management

- Analyse and triage business, operational, production and enhancement requests
- Understand the underlying business problem, expected outcome and user need
- Gather and document requirements through workshops, stakeholder discussions and process analysis
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and process flows
- Perform gap and impact analysis and challenge unclear, incomplete or conflicting requirements
- Distinguish between defects, service requests, enhancements, features and process improvements

Backlog &

- Functional Readiness

- Drive backlog refinement and ensure stories are ready before sprint commitment
- Ensure scope, business rules, scenarios, acceptance criteria and impacted systems are understood
- Identify assumptions, open questions and functional dependencies
- Challenge requirements that are not sufficiently mature for development
- Support prioritization, estimation and sprint planning
- Maintain requirement traceability and backlog quality

Dependency &

- Stakeholder Management

- Identify and track business, customer, technical, internal, cross-team and vendor dependencies
- Ensure dependency owners and timelines are established and escalate unresolved risks
- Act as the functional bridge between business and technology teams




- Facilitate discussions across Product, Delivery, Development, QA, Architecture, Support, Operations and clinical stakeholders
- Communicate requirements, decisions, risks and dependencies clearly

Agile Delivery, UAT &

- Release

- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
- Provide timely functional clarification to Development and QA during delivery
- Assess changes introduced after sprint commitment and their impact on scope and timelines
- Coordinate UAT and define business validation scenarios
- Support UAT and defect triage, distinguishing defects from requirement gaps or enhancements
- Ensure business validation/sign-off before release and support post-release validation

Production Support &

- Continuous Improvement

- Provide functional analysis and business impact assessment for production issues
- Distinguish defects, process gaps, configuration issues and enhancement opportunities
- Support maintenance backlog prioritization and resolution
- Identify recurring issues, opportunities for process improvement, automation and better user experience

Required Experience &

- Skills

- 8?10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, Product Analysis or related roles
- Minimum 5 years in Healthcare / HealthTech
- Experience across both project delivery and BAU/ application maintenance
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience managing requirements across multiple stakeholder groups and cross-functional tech teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to challenge ambiguity and drive requirements to closure
- Strong ownership, follow-through and attention to detail
