As the Manager in the CLM International department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding a team dedicated to fraud analysis and risk management. Responsibilities

- Analyze and interpret complex data to identify potential fraud patterns and risks, and develop proactive measures to address them.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within an international BPO environment, with a focus on fraud analysis and risk management.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of fraud detection techniques, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective fraud prevention and risk mitigation strategies.
