We are looking for an experienced Accommodation Manager to manage and coordinate hostel accommodation for nearly 1,000+ employees across multiple hostels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple staff hostels
- Coordinate accommodation for employees ranging from Doctors to support staff
- Handle hostel-related complaints, maintenance and employee concerns
- Manage hostel billing, expenses and vendor coordination
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, safety and overall hostel standards
- Identify and arrange new accommodation facilities near the hospital whenever required
- Coordinate with hostel owners/vendors and negotiate accommodation requirements
- Ensure proper utilization and cost-effective management of accommodation facilities

Eligibility

- Degree or above – Mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field




- Candidates should have at least 5 years as Assistant Manager + 3 years as Manager in accommodation/hostel management
- Strong experience in managing multiple hostels and large employee accommodation operations is preferred
- Hospital/hospitality accommodation experience will be an added advantage

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
