Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls in Malayalam and provide accurate information and support.

- Understand customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

- Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.

- Follow company policies, quality standards, and call-handling procedures.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

- Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.

- Basic proficiency in English is preferred.

- Good verbal communication and active listening skills.

- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Freshers can apply; customer-service/voice-process experience is an advantage.
