- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC/VMC machines & other machines.
- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical and basic electrical issues machines.
- Maintain machine components such as spindles, ball screws, guideways, bearings, couplings, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Attend issues related to coolant systems, lubrication systems, chip conveyors, tool changers and ATC.
- Perform machine alignment, leveling, fitting, assembly and dismantling activities.
- Check and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication circuits.
- Identify abnormal noise,
vibration, overheating, leakage and machine accuracy issues.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, shifting and relocation activities.
- Coordinate with production/operators during machine breakdowns and restore machines quickly.
- Maintain PM checklists, breakdown reports and maintenance records.
- Ensure availability and proper use of maintenance tools and critical spares.
