Manage maintenance across multiple QSR/store outlets in Punjab to ensure zero downtime and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance for kitchen equipment, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular outlet visits across Punjab and manage vendor/contractor relationships.
- Monitor AMCs, service schedules, and ensure safety standards compliance.
- Support current store setups and maintain service records.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5–10 years in maintenance within QSR, restaurants, hotels, or retail (multi-location experience preferred).
- Skills: Hands-on commercial kitchen equipment expertise and willingness to travel extensively.
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
