Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply)

Location: Field-based (Village/Block/District as per project requirement)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Local Resource Person (LRP) to work closely with farmers for the implementation of Organic Farming, Natural Farming, and PGS India Certification activities. The LRP will be responsible for farmer mobilization, field-level documentation, training, surveys, and coordination to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Mobilize and organize farmers into groups for PGS India Certification and organic farming projects.
- Conduct baseline surveys, farmer registration, and field data collection.
- Maintain farmer records, farm documentation, and certification-related documents.
- Assist farmers in adopting Organic and Natural Farming practices.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor farming activities and compliance with project guidelines.
- Organize farmer meetings, awareness programs, demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Support internal inspections and field verification for PGS India certification.
- Coordinate with Project Coordinators and Project Managers for timely execution of field activities.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly field reports and documentation.
- Ensure timely communication between farmers and the project team.

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of PGS India Certification process and field-level documentation.




- Understanding of Organic Farming and Natural Farming practices.
- Knowledge of farmer mobilization, surveys, documentation, and training.
- Ability to coordinate field activities and interact effectively with farmers.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English knowledge is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, mobile apps, and digital data collection tools.

- Strong interpersonal and community mobilization skills.
- Ability to conduct farmer training and awareness programs.
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and rural livelihood development.
