Role Overview

Responsible for shipment coordination, logistics data entry, documentation, follow-ups with CHA/Factory/Customers/Suppliers/Bank as well as Advance License formalities with DGFT.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and maintain logistics-related data in the online package.
- Update and maintain relevant Excel sheets and logistics records.
- Handle correspondence and follow-ups relating to shipments.
- Coordinate with CHA, factory, customers and suppliers for shipment-related requirements and follow-ups.
- Follow up on Indian regulatory matters relating to Customs and DGFT, as required.
- Track shipment status and ensure pending logistics actions are followed through.




- Bank follow up for E-BRC and all related matters.
- Prepare Purchase Orders as required.
- Monitor inventory levels and highlight requirements or discrepancies to the relevant team.
- Maintain accurate and timely logistics records.
- Coordinate closely with the Logistics Team Leader and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in logistics, export-import, shipping or supply-chain coordination.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and online systems/data entry.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Experience dealing with CHA and shipment-related documentation preferred.
- Exposure to Customs and DGFT processes/regulatory follow-ups strongly preferred.
- Good written communication and email correspondence skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple shipments/pending activities.
- Experience in pharma, API, chemicals, manufacturing or export-oriented businesses is an advantage.

Reporting Reports to the Logistics Team Leader.

Compensation

Compensation depending on experience and suitability.
