JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Logistics Executive / Manager to manage day-to-day logistics, transportation, dispatch, delivery coordination, vendor management, and related operations. The candidate will ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, customers, and internal teams.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation, route planning, and driver requirements.
- Maintain logistics documents, delivery challans, LR/GRN, invoices, and related records.
- Monitor transportation costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage and evaluate logistics vendors and transporters.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for inventory movement.
- Resolve delivery delays, damages, shortages, and other logistics issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.
- For Manager level: Lead the logistics team, monitor KPIs, and improve operational efficiency.

REQUIRED SKILLS Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations .



Strong understanding of stock reconciliation and inventory control . Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems . Familiarity with Ticketing Systems and Ticket Management . Ability to perform Ticket Tracking, follow-ups, and closure within defined TAT . Valuable understanding of TAT (Turnaround Time) and SLA adherence.

Ability to monitor pending tickets, identify delays, and escalate issues when required. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work based on urgency and TAT. QUALIFICATION Any Graduate.

Preference for candidates with Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations qualifications. EXPERIENCE 2–8 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehouse, or operations. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
