MoversPal is a marketing agency that helps moving companies across the United States generate more leads and booked jobs. We are looking for a LinkedIn DM Outreach Setter to start conversations with moving-company owners and book qualified appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

- Find moving-company owners and decision-makers on LinkedIn
- Send personalized connection requests and direct messages
- Start natural conversations without sounding overly promotional
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Qualify interested prospects based on our criteria
- Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups and appointments
- Meet daily outreach and appointment-setting targets

Qualifications

- Solid written English and communication skills
- Comfortable starting and managing sales conversations through LinkedIn DMs




- Consistent, organized and able to follow a proven outreach process
- Basic understanding of sales and appointment setting
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous LinkedIn outreach, DM setting or lead-generation experience is preferred
- Experience with US-based clients is an advantage

Compensation

This is a remote, performance-based role offering:

- Fixed monthly base pay
- Additional commission for every client closed from your appointments
- Full training, outreach scripts and guidance will be provided.
