LeapHope Is Hiring Online Clinical Psychologists

We are looking for experienced RCI-registered Clinical Psychologists to join LeapHope’s online clinical team.

Essential Criteria

• Active RCI / CRR registration

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience

• Solid practical experience with CBT

- Experience independently managing assessment, case formulation and therapy

• Comfortable conducting structured online counselling sessions

- Strong communication, documentation and professional boundaries in virtual care

Preferred Experience

- Marriage and relationship counselling
- Child and adolescent psychology
- Parent and family work
- Anxiety, depression, stress and emotional regulation concerns
- Training in DBT, ACT, Family Therapy, Systemic Therapy or trauma-informed approaches




- Previous experience working with clients across different cities, cultures or time zones

About the Role

This is a fully online clinical role for experienced psychologists who can independently manage clients through video-based sessions while maintaining consistent clinical standards.

LeapHope works with individuals, couples and families across India and international markets through structured, culturally aware and clinically led online counselling.
