Role & responsibilities

- Identify training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and business requirements.
- Design and develop training modules, workshops, and learning materials for employees.
- Conduct training sessions, onboarding programs, and skill development workshops.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external trainers to deliver training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain training records, reports, and learning documentation.
- Support leadership development, employee engagement, and capability-building initiatives.
- Assist in implementing digital learning platforms and e-learning modules.
- Ensure continuous improvement of learning programs aligned with organizational goals

- Drive Employee Engagement and Fun@Work initiatives and calendars.
- Support L&D; programs, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives.
- Coordinate with external L&D; partners, LMS, budgets and faculty.




- Drive adoption of digital/e-learning platforms and AI-enabled HR tools.
- Manage monthly HR dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
- Should have valuable Excel skills intermediate to advance level (Mandatory)

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to design training content and learning modules
- Good knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to engage employees and facilitate interactive learning

Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training / HR

Preferred Skills

- Experience in corporate training, onboarding programs, or employee development initiatives
- Knowledge of instructional design and digital learning tools
