About the Role

This is a 1-year contractual mandate for someone who can conceptualize and drive the digital communications strategy for the company and its leadership. You'll own all official social handles, the corporate website, and leadership visibility programs working closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to build a brand presence that stands apart in a crowded industrial landscape.

What You'll Do

- Own and manage all official social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube)
- Build and execute a monthly content calendar across platforms, including reels, videos and campaigns
- Lead paid social campaigns and own performance against CTR, CPM and CPV metrics
- Maintain and grow the corporate website UX, SEO, content freshness and performance
- Drive digital thought leadership and personal branding for senior leadership on LinkedIn
- Manage online reputation (ORM) and coordinate with media and internal stakeholders on coverage
- Build presence on emerging platforms (Spotify, Reddit, Quora) and produce brand films/TVCs

What We're Looking For




- 10+ years of experience in corporate/digital communications, ideally with leadership-profiling exposure
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English and Hindi
- Hands-on agency management experience
- Proven track record running multi-platform content calendars and paid digital campaigns
- Working knowledge of analytics tools — Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights
- MBA/PGDM in Communications/Marketing, or a Graduate/PG in Mass Communication, Journalism or PR

Good to Have
- Familiarity with SEO and website CMS platforms such as WordPress
- Experience in a B2B, legacy, or large industrial/manufacturing corporate environment
- Solid project management skills across simultaneous, fast-moving campaigns
