Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Salesforce specialist to lead solution design and delivery across the core CRM platform and Data/AI ecosystem. This is a senior individual-contributor role with team-lead responsibilities, including architecture ownership, engineering mentorship and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce.
- Design Sales Cloud solutions covering the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle, CPQ, forecasting and Einstein productivity tools.
- Architect Service Cloud solutions involving case management, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge and self-service portals.
- Design Data Cloud ingestion pipelines, Data Model Objects, identity-resolution rules, segmentation, activation and unified Customer 360 profiles.
- Build and deploy Data Cloud-grounded Agentforce agents for sales, service and personalization use cases.
- Configure Agentforce Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates and Trust Layer controls.
- Lead, mentor and review the work of Salesforce engineers.




- Present architecture decisions and technical recommendations to clients and enterprise architects.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce security, scalability, integration and governance best practices.

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proven Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience.
- Robust experience with DMO design, data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation and activation.
- Hands-on Agentforce experience involving Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates and Trust Layer.
- Salesforce solution architecture and client-facing delivery experience.
- Experience leading and mentoring Salesforce engineering teams.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skill:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, particularly for Data Cloud ingestion and integration design.
