Role Description The Lead Quality Analyst at Adintors will oversee the quality assurance lifecycle for the platform, ensuring reliable, high-performance user experiences for brands and creators. This full-time, in office role in Ahmedabad involves designing and implementing test strategies, reviewing requirements, and defining quality standards across features and releases.

Analyst will create and maintain test plans and test cases, perform manual and automated testing, and monitor defect tracking and resolution in close collaboration with product, development, and design teams. The role includes analyzing test results, identifying root causes of issues,



recommending process improvements, and mentoring team members to uphold consistent quality practices.

Analyst will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, drive adherence to best practices, and support release readiness activities.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and drive data-informed quality decisions.
- Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, including planning, execution, and reporting of tests.
- Knowledge of Quality Management principles, frameworks, and processes to define and maintain quality standards.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting findings clearly.
- Experience with test management tools, bug tracking systems, and both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum) and release management processes.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring QA teams, with the ability to coach on best practices and workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in product-based or platform-focused companies, ideally in digital marketing, marketplace, or SaaS environments.
