About the Role

We are looking for a

Senior Product Manager – Vertical Products to own consumer-facing digital journeys across

App & Web

, with a strong focus on growth, conversion, customer experience and business outcomes

.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product roadmap, requirements and backlog for digital App/Web journeys.

- Translate business and customer needs into

PRDs, user stories, BRDs, acceptance criteria and release scope

.

- Drive product delivery end-to-end from discovery and UAT to go-live and post-launch optimization

.

- Partner with

Business, Technology, Design, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams.

- Drive customer journey and UX improvements by identifying friction points and conversion opportunities.

- Track funnels, conversion, drop-offs, adoption and business KPIs to identify improvement areas.

- Establish a strong experimentation and A/B testing cadence and use data to drive product decisions.

- Own UAT, defect tracking, release readiness, stakeholder sign-offs and post-live governance.

- Manage dependencies, risks, milestones and delivery updates for senior stakeholders.

- Guide product teams on requirement quality, Agile delivery, documentation and execution discipline

.

- Leverage

AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude,



Gemini, Perplexity and similar tools in day-to-day product practice.

Ideal Candidate

- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with the last 3+ years owning a consumer-facing product surface such as App, Web Funnel, Onboarding, Checkout or similar B2C journeys.

- Proven,

metric-backed track record of improving product/business outcomes through experimentation and optimization.

- Strong understanding of funnels, cohorts, analytics, measurement and causal reasoning

.

- Hands-on experience with

A/B testing, experimentation, rollouts and performance readouts

.

- Robust product writing skills across problem briefs, PRDs, user stories, experiment plans and decision logs.

- Deep working knowledge of

Agile methodologies and product delivery tools

.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to connect business, technology, design and external partners

.

- Must be from a top-tier B2C product company

, with

FinTech / InsuranceTech experience preferred

.

- Pune-based candidates only.

- Candidates must be available for an in-person first-round interview in Pune

.

- Engineering degree is mandatory.
