✅ 2–5 years of B2B IT Services Sales experience

✅ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Apollo.io – Mandatory

✅ Strong skills in Lead Generation, Cold Outreach & Appointment Setting

✅ Experience with Email Campaigns & CRM Management

✅ Ability to generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings

✅ Experience handling International Clients – US, UK, UAE, Singapore & Australia

? Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io & other platforms

• Identify and connect with CTOs, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Founders & IT Directors

- Execute LinkedIn, email, Apollo sequences and cold outreach campaigns





• Generate opportunities for Software Development, Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Development Teams & SaaS/FinTech solutions

- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and weekly activity reports
- Support proposals, client pitches and coordination with technical teams

? Targets
- 1,000+ qualified prospects/month
- 500+ personalized outreach messages/month
- 15–20 qualified meetings/month
- 5–10 sales opportunities/month
- 1–2 deal closures/quarter
