Atlas SoftWeb is looking for enthusiastic Freshers and Interns to join our team as Lead Generation Executives.

If you are looking to start your career in B2B lead generation and IT sales, this is an chance to learn, gain practical experience, and develop your professional skills in a growing IT company.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

- Research and identify potential B2B clients and prospects
- Build and maintain accurate lead databases
- Conduct online research to identify potential business opportunities
- Assist the sales team with lead generation and prospect information
- Support email, LinkedIn, and other outreach activities
- Maintain lead records and follow up with prospects
- Learn about target markets, client requirements, and IT services




- Work closely with the sales team and gain practical exposure to B2B sales

What We’re Looking For:

- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Students or candidates looking for a 6-month internship are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of internet research and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn about IT services, lead generation, and B2B sales
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team and take responsibility for assigned tasks
