Eureka windows is hiring for Lamination Manager - UPVC Profile for Bangalore(Dabaspet)

Experience : 5 to 15 years.

ctc - 7 -9Lacs.

Job Roles:

- Manage day-to-day uPVC profile lamination operations, including line planning, production scheduling, manpower deployment, and shift management.
- Ensure smooth operation of lamination lines and adherence to defined production, quality, and efficiency parameters.
- Handle lamination processes involving profile preparation, adhesive application, film lamination, heating/pressing, cooling, and finishing.
- Monitor and control adhesive consumption, film wastage, rejection, rework, and material losses.
- Ensure proper machine settings, temperature, pressure, line speed, adhesive application, and other process parameters.
- Identify and resolve lamination defects such as peeling, bubbles, wrinkles, color mismatch, poor adhesion, scratches, and surface defects.
- Coordinate with Extrusion, Quality, Maintenance, Stores,



and Dispatch teams for uninterrupted production.
- Drive process improvement, productivity enhancement, cost reduction, and waste minimization initiatives.
- Ensure preventive maintenance requirements are communicated and equipment is maintained for maximum uptime.
- Train, guide, and monitor operators and supervisors on SOPs, quality standards, safety, and productivity.
- Maintain production reports, rejection/wastage records, downtime data, and other MIS related to lamination.
- Ensure compliance with company quality systems, safety procedures, housekeeping, and 5S.
