We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Kitchen Washer / Kitchen Steward to support our kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. The role involves washing dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and keeping the kitchen and washing areas clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

- Wash and sanitize dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

- Keep the kitchen, dishwashing area, floors, sinks, and work areas clean and hygienic.

- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain waste bins.

- Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and basic kitchen-support duties when required.

- Ensure clean utensils and equipment are available for kitchen operations.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.

- Maintain cleanliness of storage and back-of-house areas.

- Report damaged equipment, plumbing issues, or other maintenance problems to the supervisor.

- Perform other cleaning and kitchen-support duties as assigned.

Requirements





- Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred.

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen setting.

- Good personal hygiene and a responsible attitude.

- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

- Ability to work as part of a team.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
