Role: Production Helper – Ghee Counter We are looking for hardworking and responsible Production Helpers to join our innovative live ghee counter, where customers can experience the traditional ghee-making process right in front of them. ?‍? Key Responsibilities:Assist in the daily production of ghee Handle butter, milk and other ingredients as per SOPs Assist with heating, stirring, filtering and packing Operate and maintain basic kitchen/production equipment Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Keep the production area and equipment clean and organized Follow recipes, production processes and safety guidelines Assist the team with day-to-day counter operations Who We Are Looking For: Previous kitchen experience is preferred Experience as a Kitchen Helper, Commis, Cook, Halwai Helper or Food Production Helper will be an advantage Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food handling Comfortable working with hot utensils and cooking equipment Hardworking, punctual and disciplined Willing to learn our ghee-making process and follow SOPs Valuable teamwork and a positive attitude
