Skills:

1)Fluency in Indian sign language

(English/Hindi/Marathi and/or other regional language viz Gujrati, Kannada, Punjabi).

2. Ability to utilize video conferencing tool

3. Familiar with banking terminology

Experience: Min 1-2 years of interpreting experience in customer facing environments. Role & Responsibilities:

1. Translate spoken language into sign language and vice versa through video mode workplace.
2. Address customer queries instantly either through sign interpretation through video mode or via email.
3. Assist Hearing impaired customer for day-to-day banking needs including digital banking troubleshooting.

Coordination with various department viz Branch/Corporate center/Digital Banking Department to streamline customer support
5. Conducting training on sign language for internal staff members in coordination with Staff learning center.
6. Adherence to bank information and security privacy policies.
7. Reporting to CRE Head on daily basis regarding number of calls received, addressed, pending etc. Adherence to TAT as per grievance redressal framework.
8. Stay updated with internal circulars/policies/SOPs/Product features etc.
9. Empathetic and customer driven approach in communication.
