Support daily IT operations including hardware troubleshooting/repair, Windows & software installation, printer/network setup, system maintenance and user support. Work under the Senior IT Manager and assist in smooth IT operations.
Required Candidate profile
1–3 years’ hands-on IT support experience. Practical knowledge of computer hardware, Windows/software installation, troubleshooting, printers, LAN/Wi-Fi and basic networking. Diploma/BCA/IT preferred.
