Karmè Social is a brand marketing and social media agency in Hyderabad. We build brands for D2C and premium lifestyle businesses across brand identity, packaging, social content, Meta ads, and websites. Our work is built on consumer psychology, not decoration. What you will do
- Brand identity development: logo systems, typography, colour, brand guideline documents
- Packaging design: label and pack artwork, mockups, print-ready files with dielines
- Social media design: Instagram carousels, static posts, story sets, highlight covers
- Ad creatives: static and UGC-style ad variations for Meta campaigns
- Collateral: pitch decks, brochures, menus, business cards, standees
- Adapt one concept across multiple formats and platforms without losing the idea
- Work directly with strategy and content teams to convert briefs into visuals
- Maintain organised, named, version-controlled files and brand asset libraries
What we are looking for
- Strong portfolio showing branding or packaging work (college, freelance, or internship work counts)
- Working command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Figma or InDesign is a plus
- Understanding of typography, grid, hierarchy, and colour theory
- Print knowledge: CMYK vs RGB, bleed, dielines, export settings
- Motion basics (After Effects or Canva motion) is a bonus, not a requirement
- Ability to take feedback rapid and iterate without ego
- Deadline discipline. Agency work moves in days, not weeks

- Follow design and brand culture beyond your own feed
