Job Summary

We are looking for Junior Engineers to support our Wind and Solar Renewable Energy projects. Candidates with Diploma qualifications in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering can apply.

The role involves supporting engineering and project execution activities, including installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and other site-related activities under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the execution, installation and commissioning of Wind and Solar Power Projects.
- Support day-to-day operation and maintenance (O&M;) activities at project sites.
- Conduct routine inspection of equipment, structures and project facilities.
- Assist in identifying and troubleshooting technical and operational issues.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintain daily site and operational records.
- Assist senior engineers in testing, measurements and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Maintain inspection reports, checklists, maintenance records and other project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, PPE, permit-to-work and site safety procedures.
- Report equipment faults, breakdowns,



defects and unsafe conditions to the reporting manager.
- Perform other technical and site-related activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Discipline-Specific Areas EEE Electrical & Electronics

- Solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, cables and electrical protection systems.
- Electrical inspection, testing and maintenance.

ECE Electronics & Communication

- SCADA, monitoring systems, sensors, communication and control systems.
- Monitoring system alarms and operational parameters.

Mechanical

- Wind turbine components, motors, pumps and other mechanical equipment.
- Mechanical inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Civil

- Foundations, structures, roads, drainage, fencing and other project infrastructure.
- Civil maintenance, measurements and contractor coordination.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma in EEE / ECE / Mechanical / Civil.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are eligible to apply.
- Experience in Wind, Solar, Renewable Energy, Power, EPC, Construction or O&M; will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Basic technical knowledge in the respective engineering discipline.
- Good understanding of engineering and site procedures.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and technical documentation.
- Valuable problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to work at project/site locations.
- Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements.
- Strong interest in building a career in the Renewable Energy sector.
