Role Description This is a full-time Junior Data Engineer role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home.

The Junior Data

Engineer will support the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes that power AI-driven automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in data modeling, contributing to data warehousing solutions, and ensuring data quality and consistency across various systems. The role also involves collaborating with senior data engineers, data analysts, and product teams to transform raw data into reliable,



analytics-ready datasets and to troubleshoot data-related issues.

The Junior Data

Engineer will document data workflows, follow best practices in data engineering, and continuously learn recent tools and techniques relevant to modern data platforms.

Qualifications

- Foundational data engineering skills, including experience with Data Engineering concepts and Data Warehousing.
- Ability to design and understand Data Modeling approaches for structured and semi-structured data.
- Knowledge of Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and tools, with an understanding of pipeline orchestration and monitoring.
- Basic Data Analytics skills to interpret datasets, generate insights, and validate data integrity.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in data engineering (such as Python or SQL).
- Familiarity with relational databases and exposure to cloud data platforms or services is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
