I'm looking for someone with at least 2 years of hands-on Amazon Ads experience.

Not someone who watched a few courses, someone who has actually managed real ad budgets and knows what a search term/Brand Analytics report is telling them.

What you'd be doing:

1. Running Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns.
2. Keyword research, bid management, and search term analysis.
3. Listing SEO Optimization
4. Taking Full ownership of the client's growth.
5. Weekly reporting where you figure out what's actually moving the needle, not just pulling numbers into a sheet.

What I need you to already know:

1. A real understanding of Amazon Ads and how listings rank on Amazon.
2.



Real understanding of Amazon SEO
3. Basic understanding of using AI tools Claude/ChatGPT

- That part I can't teach on the job. Everything else, I'll train if you're missing it.
- I also want someone who spots problems before I point them out and tests their own ideas. If you need to be told every step, this isn't the right fit.

Good written and spoken English is a must. This is a remote role, India-based, with the New Delhi area a plus.

Working hours are adaptable but you need to be available till 1 AM at least to take clients querries.
