Position: Junior Architect

Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) / Diploma in Architecture
Salary- 20k-40k
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The selected candidate will assist in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects while working closely with senior architects and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and layouts
2. Develop 2D drawings and 3D models as per project requirements
3. Support in concept development, presentations, and design documentation
4. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders
5. Conduct site visits and assist in site supervision when required
6. Ensure compliance with building codes and project standards

Revise drawings based on feedback and project updates
Required Skills
1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop
2. Basic understanding of architectural design and construction methods
3. Positive visualization and rendering skills
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
5. Effective communication and teamwork skills
