Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist with seed sowing and nursery management
- Monitor crop growth and plant health daily
- Assist with transplanting, harvesting, and other crop activities
- Identify and report signs of pests, diseases, or plant health issues
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the farm
- Maintain daily records of crop and farm activities
- Follow farm SOPs and safety guidelines
- Support routine hydroponic system operations under the guidance of senior team members.
