A "Vehicle Component Testing Engineer" Execute the testing for 4 Poster Simulation of Vehicle and individual vehicle components for Durability testing in Hydro pulse system. Role & responsibilities

Technical Requirements

- Competent in handling automotive level testing, System level vehicle simulation and cross functioning activities.
- Understanding of testing requirement/Standard, report preparation
- Knowledge of Microsoft office tools MS Word, Excel, Power point, Auto Cad, Catia, etc.
- Person shall have ability to understand Test Request, test standards & prepare test plan as per DVP
- Person shall have valuable experience of 4 Poster Simulation, component level testing of Clutch system, Brake system, Parking brake system, Cooling system, fuel system, Air intake system, Oil seals, Mechanical linkages,



Body aggregates (Doors, Seats & interior fittings) & Environmental testing.
- Test setup preparation, fixturing & test execution
- Test report preparation & document control as per IATF-16949
- Ensure & Monitor the test items, vehicle aggregates & closing of the test items
- Plan & ensure equipment calibration & utilization.

Preferred candidate profile Diploma in / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automobile

2- 5 years Experience in Component/ 4 Poster Simulation/ Vehicle Testing in Automotive industry

Expected to have experience of handling 4 Poster Simulation testing at least for 1-2 year.
