Job Summary

Diligence Certifications is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Technical Sales Engineers to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are interested in combining their technical knowledge with sales and client relationship management. The selected candidates will be responsible for understanding client requirements, promoting our certification and compliance services, and generating business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable certification and compliance solutions.
- Explain company services related to BIS, ISI, CRS, FMCS, and other certification services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.




- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Computer Science and IT candidates are not eligible.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- MBA candidates with a specialization in Marketing are also eligible to apply.
- Candidates residing in Noida or Delhi will be preferred.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
