Role Description The Project Manager – MEP is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works across warehouse and retail infrastructure projects. The role involves planning and coordinating project activities, supervising MEP execution on-site, and ensuring work meets design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Daily tasks include monitoring progress, managing contractors and vendors, conducting site inspections, and resolving technical or scheduling issues.

The Project

Manager will collaborate closely with civil, HVAC, electrical, and IT teams, prepare status reports, and support documentation for audits and handovers.



The role also requires effective communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of deliverables and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and coordination of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as Expeditor and Expediting capabilities, to drive timely material delivery and contractor performance.
- Candidates should possess inspection skills, including site Inspection and quality control, to ensure compliance with MEP standards and safety regulations.
- Candidates should possess logistics management skills, including Logistics Management and vendor coordination, to manage materials, equipment, and on-site resources.
- Relevant experience in MEP project execution within warehousing, retail, industrial, or commercial infrastructure environments.
- Robust understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, and applicable codes and standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and adapt to dynamic timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or a related technical field; professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
