Sourcing Pipeline Support:

- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, and internal databases
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of relevant candidates
- Support in experimenting with new sourcing strategies

Screening Candidate Interaction:

- Conduct initial screening calls to assess basic fit (skills, communication, intent)
- Maintain detailed candidate notes and evaluations
- Ensure a positive and skilled candidate experience

Interview Coordination:

- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
- Track interview progress and follow up for feedback
- Ensure smooth and timely communication across all stakeholders

Recruitment Operations HR Support:

- Maintain trackers, reports, and candidate databases
- Support documentation and offer process coordination
- Assist in onboarding activities and HR coordination tasks, External vendor coordination and Employee Engagement

Key qualification criteria
- 0-1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri,Wellfound,Cutshort etc.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Residing in Pune or willing to relocate
- Bachelor s degree in any field

- Exposure to hiring for Digital Marketing or Tech roles
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
