- Handle social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and create engaging posts
- Support in content creation for blogs, websites, and marketing materials
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and drip campaigns
- Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns (broadcasts, automation, customer engagement)
- Generate and track leads through digital channels
- Collaborate with design and development teams for campaign execution
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising
- Familiarity with Google Ads and social media advertising platforms
- Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Understanding of WhatsApp marketing tools and customer engagement strategies
- Knowledge of content creation and social media management
- Good communication and creative thinking skills
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Certification in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, or Google Ads (preferred)
- Internship or project experience in social media, email campaigns, or paid ads is a plus
