Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings related to land parcels, survey numbers, boundaries, and land aggregation projects
- Plot and identify individual survey numbers accurately using FMB sketches, survey maps, layout drawings, and other land records
- Study and understand land documents such as Patta, Chitta, A-Register, FMB, village maps, and survey records
- Organise and maintain land documents systematically survey-number-wise for easy tracking and reference
- Cross-check survey numbers, ownership details, extent, subdivision details, and supporting land records
- Prepare survey-number-wise land schedules, area statements, and tracking records for ongoing land acquisition projects
- Coordinate with the Legal Team to provide Patta, FMB, A-Register, title documents, and other records required for legal verification and due diligence
- Track documents and clarifications required by the Legal Team for individual survey numbers and follow up until completion
- Coordinate with the Land Acquisition Team regarding survey numbers under negotiation, ownership details, documentation status, and site requirements
- Visit project sites when required and coordinate with surveyors, landowners, brokers, and acquisition teams for identification and verification of land parcels
- Assist in matching physical land boundaries with FMB sketches, survey drawings, and AutoCAD plans
- Update AutoCAD drawings based on survey measurements, field observations, and revised land information
- Maintain proper records of drawings, document revisions, survey-number status,



and land acquisition progress
- Support the project team in preparing consolidated land plans showing acquired, under-negotiation, pending, and excluded survey numbers
- Ensure accuracy of drawings and land records while completing assigned work within project timelines

Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
- Ability to read, plot, and work with land survey numbers and boundary drawings
- Working knowledge of Patta, Chitta, FMB, A-Register, village maps, subdivision records, and other Tamil Nadu land documents
- Ability to interpret FMB sketches and correlate them with AutoCAD drawings and site conditions
- Experience in land acquisition, real estate development, plotted development, surveying, or land documentation will be preferred
- Good documentation and record-management skills
- Ability to organise large volumes of land records survey-number-wise
- Willingness to undertake site visits and coordinate with surveyors, acquisition teams, and legal teams
- Solid attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in survey numbers, areas, boundaries, and documents
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Draftsmanship, or a related field preferred

Preferred Experience Candidates with prior experience in land aggregation, plotted development, real estate land acquisition, survey documentation, or title due diligence support will be given preference.

Note: Immediate Requirement

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
