WE ARE HIRINGSENIOR JEWELLERY SALES / COUNTER SALES EXECUTIVE Company: JKJ Jewellers – Rajkumar Mosun Group Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Experience in Jewellery Retail Sales Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 Attractive Performance-Based Incentives Employment Type: Full-Time JOB PROFILEWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Jewellery Sales / Counter Sales Executive with a strong background in jewellery retail sales , excellent product knowledge, and proven customer-handling and sales skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHandle customers at the jewellery sales counter and understand their requirements, preferences and budget. Present and sell Gold, Diamond, Polki, Rajputi, Kundan and Traditional Jewellery .

Demonstrate strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, jewellery designs, purity, weight and making charges. Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on their requirements and budget. Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

Convert customer enquiries and walk-in customers into successful sales. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Professionally handle premium and high-value customers. Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales customer service.

Maintain proper jewellery presentation, display and counter discipline. Coordinate with billing, inventory and other departments for smooth order processing. Follow all company policies,



jewellery handling procedures and security protocols.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE &

SKILLS Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in jewellery retail sales is mandatory. Candidates must have practical experience in counter sales and customer handling within the jewellery retail industry .

Strong product knowledge of: Gold Jewellery Diamond Jewellery Polki Jewellery Rajputi Jewellery Kundan & Traditional Jewellery Diamonds Precious & Semi-Precious Gemstones Valuable understanding of jewellery purity, carat, weight, making charges and basic diamond/gemstone terminology. Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills. Strong customer-convincing and relationship-management abilities.

Target-oriented, self-motivated and professional. Well-groomed and presentable personality.

Experience handling premium and high-value jewellery customers will be preferred.

SALARY & INCENTIVES ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month Performance-Based Incentives Salary will be determined based on the candidate's relevant jewellery retail sales experience, product knowledge, communication skills and previous sales performance.
