As a Full-Stack Developer, you will bridge the gap between hardware systems and user interfaces. You will design, develop, and maintain robust Java and Python backend applications that interface with our sensing instruments, manage data acquisition, and build intuitive front-end dashboards for real-time data visualization. Working in a rapid-paced Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring Industry 4.0 solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

· Backend Development: Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java (Spring Boot) and Python for data logging, scheduling, and configuration management.

· Front-End Development: Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces and dashboards to visualize real-time sensor metrics and gauge diagnostics.

· Hardware & Data Integration: Write clean code to interface software with physical gauges and sensors, handling high-frequency data streams and measurement metrics.

· Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

· System Optimization: Optimize application performance, database queries, and latency for time-critical manufacturing environments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Experience:



3 to 5 years of professional software development experience spanning both front-end and backend systems.

· Industry Background: Direct experience working within a manufacturing company, industrial automation, instrumentation, or robotics environment.

· Backend Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8 or higher, Spring Boot) and Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) for scripting and data processing.

· Front-End Tech Stack: Solid experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, and WebSocket for live data feeds.

· Methodology: Proven experience working within an Agile/Scrum development framework.

· Protocols & Databases: Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA, Serial/TCP-IP) and experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or Time-Series databases.

Nice-to-Have Skills

· Experience with Python data libraries (NumPy, Pandas) for handling instrument calibration data.

· Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools in an Agile pipeline.

· Basic understanding of electronic engineering principles or reading hardware datasheets.

Pay: ₹352,199.92 - ₹698,446.06 per year
