Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer Team Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications, leading development teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for both technical leadership and hands-on development, working closely with product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and other teams to deliver robust and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of developers while actively contributing to application development.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular.
- Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Design application architecture and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integrate Angular applications with backend REST APIs and Microservices.
- Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services using Spring Boot.
- Work with databases to design effective schemas, queries, and data-access layers.
- Identify and resolve application performance, scalability, and production issues.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with QA teams for testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with DevOps teams on application deployment, CI/CD, and release processes.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, sprint planning, and project estimation.




- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and maintain overall code quality.
- Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required Technical Skills

Backend

- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java and Java 8+.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
- Extensive experience in Microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Good understanding of Spring Data JPA / Hibernate.
- Strong knowledge of multithreading, collections, exception handling, and design patterns.
- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.

Frontend

- Solid hands-on experience with Angular.
- Good knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience developing responsive and reusable UI components.
- Experience integrating Angular applications with REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Angular routing, forms, services, and state management.

Microservices & Cloud

- Strong understanding of Microservices design principles and distributed systems.
- Experience with API Gateway, service discovery, configuration management, and inter-service communication.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms is an advantage.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies is preferred.

DevOps & Tools

- Good experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Exposure to Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
- Experience with Maven/Gradle.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with application monitoring, logging, and debugging tools.
