Principal-level Java engineer responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of backend services and microservices for a digital lending fintech platform. The role involves technical leadership, architecture guidance, client technical discussions, and mentoring junior developers while building scalable applications on up-to-date Java/J2EE and cloud-native stacks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical team to manage end-to-end project delivery for software products and services.

- Provide superior technical architecture guidance for scalable, cloud-native applications.

- Conduct technical meetings and discussions with clients and stakeholders.

- Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.

- Apply basic design principles behind scalable applications in solution design and implementation.

- Develop and maintain Java/J2EE-based applications using Spring and microservices architecture.

- Work with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes,



and AWS cloud infrastructure as part of the solution stack.

- Collaborate within Agile software development methodology and participate in Agile ceremonies.

- Configure and work with application servers such as Tomcat or JBoss.

- Design and interact with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
