Responsibilities
- Manage and track software/hardware assets lifecycle
- Ensure software licensing and regulatory compliance
- Optimize asset usage and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate asset records
- Provide guidance on ITAM best practices
- Formulate solution designs and implementation roadmaps for SAM
Qualifications
- 6 yrs of relevant experience in ITOM/ITAM
- Strong experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro
- Expertise in software licensing (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft)
- Proficient in SAM/ITAM tools (ServiceNow, Flexera)
- Solid organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Preferred: CAMP, CSAM, CITAM certifications
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - SAM, HAM
