About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined IT Support & Infrastructure Trainee to join our IT team. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in IT Support, Networking, System Administration, and Infrastructure Operations.

The selected candidate will gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting, network support, system maintenance, IT asset management, and basic infrastructure security.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and Windows-related issues.
- Provide first-level technical support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting involving IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and connectivity issues.
- Assist in identifying and resolving common desktop, system, and network-related problems.
- Assist with system updates, software installations, configurations, and maintenance.
- Support IT asset management and inventory activities.
- Assist with basic user account and access-related tasks under supervision.
- Maintain IT documentation, records, and troubleshooting information.




- Support the IT team in day-to-day infrastructure and operational activities.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members when required.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, Windows OS, and desktop troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and networking fundamentals.
- Good understanding of basic computer and troubleshooting concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, or networking will be an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on IT support workplace.
