Role & responsibilities

- Monitoring system performance and ensuring proper application functionality.

- Performing system updates, patches, and software upgrades as required.
- Maintaining system logs and documentation accurately.
- Ensuring compliance with software licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with IT teams, developers, and system administrators.
- Assisting in software development and customization projects as assigned.• Monitoring system performance and ensuring proper application functionality.- Diagnose, repair and maintain desktop computers, laptops and other IT equipment.
- - Troubleshoot RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS, power supply, monitor, keyboard and mouse issues.

- - Install and configure Windows, drivers and required software.

- - Handle installation and troubleshooting of printers, scanners and photocopiers.

- - Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and internet connectivity.

- - Install, maintain and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and related equipment.

- - Resolve camera, microphone,



speaker and audio/video issues for interviews and online meetings.

- - Conduct regular preventive maintenance of office IT equipment.

- - Maintain records of IT assets, repairs, replacements and technical issues.

- - Coordinate with external vendors for major technical repairs.

- - Provide technical support to HR, Recruitment, Documentation, MIS and Administration departments.

- - Ensure timely resolution of technical problems affecting daily office operations.- Strong practical knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting.

- SKILLS
- - Good knowledge of Windows installation and configuration.

- - Basic networking knowledge.
- - Experience with CCTV, printers and scanners.
- - Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- - Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- - Ability to work independently and handle urgent technical issues.

Preferred candidate profile Hardware Troubleshooting + Networking + CCTV + Printer/Scanner Support + Windows Installation + IT Equipment Maintenance.
