About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior IT Systems & Automation Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and modernizing our internal IT setting while spearheading the development of AI-driven automation solutions. The successful candidate will go beyond traditional IT administration by designing and building AI agents and automations that improve internal business processes.

Additionally, this role involves strengthening our Microsoft ecosystem, managing endpoint security, and enhancing operational efficiency through innovative automation techniques. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of IT systems, a passion for automation, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies, ensuring our IT infrastructure remains robust, secure, and future-ready.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT Systems or Infrastructure Administration. Proven expertise in managing Microsoft 365 applications, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Defender,



and Windows endpoint management is essential. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience managing a fleet of Windows-based laptops, with a strong focus on security and compliance.

Proficiency in Python scripting for automation is mandatory, along with a working knowledge of other programming languages. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical skills, and a self-sufficient mindset are required. Strong communication skills and the ability to learn new tools rapidly are also crucial for success in this fast-paced workplace.

Preferred qualifications include experience with AI automation platforms, such as Moveworks or ServiceNow, and familiarity with Zoho applications.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI agents using platforms like Claude and ChatGPT to automate and optimize internal business processes.
- Create API-based integrations between various internal applications to streamline workflows and data exchange.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
- Manage identity lifecycle, access controls, governance policies, and security protocols to ensure a secure IT environment.
- Oversee Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance enforcement, and security updates.
- Handle endpoint security management, including configuring Microsoft Defender policies, threat response, and maintaining the overall security posture of company devices.
- Manage provisioning, configuration, patching,



and lifecycle management of Windows-based laptops and other endpoints.
- Address software and hardware provisioning requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth IT operations.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and other scripting tools to automate repetitive tasks and reporting workflows.
- Implement and evaluate AI tools and automation solutions to enhance internal processes and productivity.
- Support reporting, analytics, system monitoring, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, IT asset tracking, and adherence to operational best practices.
