Job Summary

Develop, configure, and integrate ServiceNow ITOM solutions including CMDB, Discovery, EM.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to support platform implementations.

Responsibilities

- Build solutions using ServiceNow platform
- Configure and integrate CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
- Understand CMDB relationships and remediation
- Troubleshoot production/test issues and provide resolution
- Deliver technical workshops on Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping
- Collaborate with stakeholders to write/estimate stories
- Oversee development quality and delivery
- Maintain instance integrity and security
- Execute hands-on development
- Code and develop Patterns, Probes, Sensors for Discovery and Mapping

Qualifications

- More than 5 yrs of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Solid knowledge in CMDB, Discovery, Event Management,



Service Mapping
- Familiar with CMDB Health dashboard, CSDM data model, identification reconciliation engine
- Experience with CMDB remediation, duplicate/stale CI items
- Technical proficiency in Java, HTML, JavaScript, LDAP/Active Directory
- Expertise with multi-data center deployments, DR procedures
- Good understanding of ITSM and monitoring tools
- Preferred certifications: ServiceNow CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping
