7+ Experience supporting user onboarding and offboarding. /n Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and Windows laptop builds. /n Experience with Windows Cloud PC (VDI) provisioning. /n Experience managing on-site IT inventory. /n Service Desk support experience, primarily supporting the India team. /n Experience with Windows patching and backups. /n Robust experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, OneDrive, and Windows environments including Autopilot, DNS, and DHCP.
